I am not Blue, but I can offer my reasoning: I don't presently own scales, but I'll jump on 'em any chance I can get. Sometimes I'm heavier (boo). Sometimes I'm lighter (how?). I'm not actively doing anything about it, it's just nice to know the actual number, not whatever my brain has made up

Time for a strong coffee and a cigarette. Maybe some prune juice. Run up and down the stairs. Bend over and give your butt a good talking to. Mix and match any of the above. Probably don't do them all at once though.

When they legalised weed here in Thailand, you could buy bricks at the markets. Pretty funny to have "bongs, buds, brick weed" between "t-shirts" and "squid on sticks". It's not quite so crazy now, and they're about to make it illegal again 🙄
