So excited to watch three politicians appointed by a man who did not receive a plurality of votes rule that the constitution does not apply to the guy that appointed them.
Habba has put Kavenaugh (specifically) on the hot seat. Basically saying “Trump worked so hard for him and now he’s calling in the marker.” Mob stuff all day long. Not a good starting spot for Kavenaugh. Im all ears on how he is going to rule on this case. Will Thomas recuse? No he won’t.
Tell that to the MSNBC legal heads who said that isn’t how judges work. Lawyer blinders are in place on that network if they think these 3 aren’t paid for
I'm hoping that by some miracle they'll look down the road into the future and realize if he wins, they're all his bitch for real AND for a long, long time.
And that this insight will inspire them to not set that precedent by being his bitch NOW.
Three?
Somehow everyone, even people that should absolutely know better, forgot that George W Bush was President and are subsequently forced to fall back on "but his second term!"
Thought question: If bSCOTUS does rule that Presidents are above the law would Biden then have a moral obligation to use that newfound power to fix SCOTUS, eject all the J6 traitors from Congress, end Gerrymandering and voter suppression, then sign a law saying Presidents aren't above the law?
