Well, if you believe polls, the last Reuters-Ipsos poll had the race tied and 2/3s of the voters they polled want Biden. I think it's time to stop listening to the bedwetting 1/3. And look, we went through this in PA when Fetterman crushed centrist Lamb and then had a stroke but still won...

That was a really stoopit interview--GS never asked a substantial question--it was all 20 different ways to ask "iz you oldz?" I expected the Comfy Chair to be wheeled out! Biden sounded fine to me--and, btw, he's right that the polls are essentially tied, not that they matter much on July 5th.

I think the number might be higher now. Wallace pulled in 30+% in '68 and his voters are still out there (see the anti-Kamala bullshit). Trump had 46.8% in 2020--accounting for people (looking at you, Philly!) who didn't vote and I think you get to around 40%.

Bob Casey came out for Joe Biden yesterday. He's running a tight-ish race but that doesn't matter. Also, Fetterman has been with Joe since the debate, saying that the "abandon Joe" campaign just helps Trump and he's right.
