Yayyyy! The lions mane mushrooms are so nice if you cook them in a hot pan while smashing them down with another heavy pan. They get compressed and create such a nice texture because it squeezes out all their moisture so they don't get mushy

She's not pretty, but omg dinner tonight was a huge success Pan seared broccoli steaks and lions mane mushrooms on top of sautéed oyster shrooms, shallots, garlic, on top of mashed potatoes, all drizzled with rosemary scented mushroom demiglace 🍽️🍜

Although I'll say, England played harder and with more desire than France did. And Switzerland were probably a bit more threatening than Portugal ended up being. Still felt a bit attritional.

As much as I wanted portugal to lose, it always always* sucks when it comes down to pens and it's just one guy who has to deal with being the reason the team lost. *unless, of course, that one guy were Ronaldo. Then it would be extremely funny
