Charles Littlejohn is serving 5 years in prison, 6 times the maximum sentence, for leaking tax documents on Trump and numerous wealthy Americans. Reuven Avi-Yonah argues this was a public service deserving of more leniency than the tax evaders exposed.

Recently, Powell told security to “close the f**king door” on a group of climate activists. It was a reminder that Biden should never have renominated the former private equity executive. In the ~2 years since he did, Powell has hastened the end of civilized life on Earth.

Read Bloomberg's Jennifer Dlouhy on our letter with nearly 150 other groups urging the EPA and CEQ to intervene in FERC's approval of TC Energy's PNW pipeline expansion. FERC disregarded both NEPA and legally-binding state decarbonization commitments to lock in more pollution through 2050.
