If you play your cards right you'll be 35 till you're about 53. Beyond that: Hydrate, stay out of the sun, get some exercise in, that should do it. Oh, and: Be kind to yourself. That's key.

I worked with an author who was addicted to "a couple [nouns]," and not only could I not persuade them to add the "of," I couldn't even persuade them to vary it with a few, several, some, anything. Just "a couple [nouns]" as far as the eye could see.
