That’s so kind of you! Thanks! Sometimes it can feel as if shorter forms are less well-respected, but I feel like if you can either satisfy or hook people with shorter form, they will most definitely want to keep reading history in all forms.

So. Your landlord wants his eels, but you didn't catch enough. Will he take money? Sometimes! In 1250 there was a property in Lenchwick that paid the cook of Evesham 40 sticks of eels (1000 fish) yearly. If there weren't enough eels the cook accepted 1.5 pence per stick instead. 🧪🗃️
