PSA for those who may not know - That's "Conservative" with a capital 'C', as in the Jewish rabbinical movement, which is in general pretty politically liberal. Not the small 'c' conservative political party, which would be ... very out of character for the Rabbi.

I'm closely related to a neonatal nurse practitioner with over 40 years experience working in NICUs. Their census is no higher than average anymore. It didn't spike particularly high during the worst of the pandemic, either. It's very rare for COVID to be passed from mother to fetus.
