Absolutely this. The BBC in particular need to significantly up their game now that Farage and Tice aren't paid pundits, but the equalivalents of Carla Denyer and Adrian Ramsey as senior figures in parties with 4 MPs. I'm not confident our media is up to the challenge.

I really try not to be one of those people but all day today I've been bemused that in most of the papers and on much of the TV it's Labour, it's tory and it's reform. Just perfunctory mention of LDs and others. Lds have 72 seats reform shouldn't be getting a look in!

I agree, on many if not all the points. But the way I see it is that labour βcouldβ take us there, but had to get over the first hurdle. Which was getting into govt. and by promising all the things you list, our media owners would never have let them in at all. So, hopefully this is the first step.
