Gonna keep asking/suggesting this: Weird qtn from non-lawyer: It seems a huge bar to fix what SCOTUS did via elections. What if a large sum of circuit & appellate judges banded together to declare what SCOTUS did in violation of the constitution and go on strike?

John Roberts and the rest of the right wing Supreme Court justices needs to be arrested and jailed for doing this to America. I don't give a crap that it's never been done before, we are at a crisis moment right now.
