Amendment XXVIII (first draft)
No person holding office under Article II of this Constitution and the laws promulgated thereunder shall enjoy any form of immunity from criminal or civil process for the knowing or corrupt violation of any law. Congress shall make no law granting any such immunity.
Part B as it shall also apply to the scotus as well. Scotus prohibited from ruling on their own conduct (Eg bribes are fine for us).
We have to restore checks and balances.
No person holding any office under the United States or any State, in any capacity whatsoever, shall enjoy any criminal immunity not otherwise constitutionally provided, by virtue of holding that office. But Congress may provide by law for additional penalties for offenses committed while in Office.
