Have you ever made miso butter? Melt a stick of butter and add 3 tbs white miso and 2 tbs maple syrup. This is so easy and IMO will elevate whatever veg you put on the grill: smother on corn or root veggies or onions or grilled romaine or whatever!
Watching for ideas! I have lovely red potatoes from the farmers market and Adirondack Blue potatoes from our farm share. Thinking a drizzle-y dressing with both potatoes + parsley + scallions ??
