People aren’t freaking out nearly enough about what the Chevron decision could mean. sounds like a boring admin law dec’n, but the consequences will be widespread & catastrophic if it goes the wrong way

Okay, guess I'll bite. What exactly is it people who are neither on the Supreme Court nor arguing before the Supreme Court could be doing about a future decision, that we're not doing? What action are you looking for that's not happening? Or if you literally just want a freak out... to what end?

Sadly, in America and much of the rest of the world, the level of respect for professionalism and intellectualism has eroded over the past couple decades. Even more sadly, SCOTUS is about to codify the erosion.
