The 14th Amendment says if you were involved in an insurrection you can't be president. SCOTUS said they won't allow anyone to enforce that because of reasons they made up. The Constitution doesn't say the president is immune from criminal law. SCOTUS decided he is because of reasons they made up.

Dems have been hiding their concerns about the Biden ticket for a while. He said he’d be a one term guy in 2020, but now that’s he’s running, and bc he’s POTUS, no one has been willing to outwardly challenge his decision. Now that he’s floundering that hesitation to criticize is waining.

Fun DDay Fact: The Allied forces setup a fake invasion force in southern England, across from Calais France, which is the shortest point for crossing the channel. You can see across the channel in Calais, so they use cardboard tanks, etc to see the rouse.
