I was shown this as a memory on my Facebook.
We didn't have any living room furniture and we couldn't afford an air conditioner.
We were so happy.
I'd give up everything to have him with me again.
I owe it to the folks that sat down, took me out, helped out, my parents for bailing me out, or even just listened.
Every single day was a rollercoaster.
A lot in my life was not going very well, and this winter and spring, in particular, were probably the hardest for my household. There were a lot of bad things going on in so many ways that... some days, there just felt like there was no escape.
So I have been really busy and things have been changing in my life, pretty much since March. I noticed a little bit ago how much I've changed and who is still around and encourages my growth and change, even if it might result in time taken away from eachother, ect.
I'm so grateful to have you.
(I tried to be clever with a post about being absolutely zooted, but it took too long to figure out, so this is what you've ended up with. Btw im zooted)
Yeah it's a little older and chugs a bit but it is great with clip studio. i remote into my dekstop at home to use chrome and have a million tabs open.
Apparently, nobody likes to communicate direct times and locations for work and expects me to have mind reading powers.
At what stage of being in the circus, I get that super power?
All too often, I see people upset they feel left behind by friend groups at conventions. You need to make yourself visible and available. Don't sit and linger and wait for others to get out of their rooms and go up to your room to find you.
It's okay to ask, "Can I tag along?"
Be safe at the convention, friends!
Check in on othe. Make sure to say "the more the merrier, let's go" to folks in your circle that are quieter. Let them know they're welcome!
I feel this as well, and I try to remind myself:
There's always other cons, life gets in the way, and this is ultimately a hobby. A lot of the people I would see at AC (minus a few exceptions) I can also invite out for a visit or adventure at another time, and it'd be just as wholesome.
I actually love that it's subtle. Tbh I'm too much of a wuss to put furry stuff on my car in case I get bullied into oblivion by the local idiot car community
The shrimp continues to thrive.
I should name him Jesus or something since I thought he died like 3 times and definitely was not anticipating owning him.
Shrimpman is eternal. 🦐
Went out cruising in the GTR.
Still don't think I have much of a bond with that car. I trust her when I mash the gas pedal, and she is fun, but she just doesn't have that connection with me.
My alto and I are BFFs, tho.
