True. Biden just needs to convene a meeting with his cabinet and decide that Trump is a threat to American democracy. SCOTUS has simultaneously left them no choice and provided the necessary immunity for the Mar-a-Lago drone strike.

If Biden can use Seal Team 6 to take out Trump (which has been asked about in court and answered in the affirmative several times), then a drone strike on Mar-a-Lago is a slam dunk no-brainer. But I'd suggest hitting Trump where it really hurts first - take out all his golf courses.
