Here in Australia I have three wheelie bins: one for regular rubbish, one for recycling, and one for green waste. A friend in a different city gets four, they get an extra one for glass recycling separate to the one for regular recycling.

My main issue was that it was coming from an untrustworthy source (the terfs). Now that we have the victim testimony, that's credible, and Neil is now on the shit list.

The way he handled trolls on tumblr makes me thing he's a very considered man, and I suspect he's doing a lot of considering right now. I wouldn't be surprised if he's in the process of finding the woman involved, and seeing if she actually has a complaint first.

Yeah, you don't file a suit until all of your ducks are in a row. I strongly suspect the reason we haven't heard anything from Neil is because he's cataloguing his ducks and making sure he knows what he's got.

I now have a mental image of someone waiting for their delivery getting a phone message that reads: "We apologise, but there will be an unavoidable delay to your delivery due to: Penguin." The delivery arrives 4 hours later and is covered in feathers, but is otherwise undamaged.
