the bad news for all of us is that even if Biden is old and had a bad night, democracy is still something we have to *do*. there are still lots of other causes and candidates to strengthen democracy. this includes work that's not obviously "political," like food banks or civic life.

Been reading a lot of abt this stunt of a proposal and there are several problems. Besides igniting a trade war that would sink the global econ, it requires the repeal of the 16th amendment and constitutional changes require higher support thresholds
