It is! I visited there a couple of years ago to look at a house as I wanted to move to Vermont, but I got put off by their taxing of retirement income... Most people have difficulties enough managing to get by in retirement, without having their income taxed on top of that.

I wrote an iphone game back in 2008, a few games for Sony Vita back when that was a going concern. Mostly indie style games. I Long before that, in a past life, I was a professional game developer, but then I saw sense. Now I just do it for fun. Right now I'm (slowly) working on a roguelike(ish).
