Why does this news never spread but all of the antivax stuff spreads like... a plague??? This seems like a big story. Meanwhile, the unvaxxed who have had it 5+ times by now are going to start having some issues.

I feel like the answer to the question "Why does this y but this worse thing z" the answer is more often than not, at least in this matter, capitalism. News costs money to produce. Fan fiction authors are cheap and often volunteer.
