I'm 7 minutes into the ep and am already geeking out. I've been working in Environmental, Health and Safety for 17 years - currently as an EHS manager for a high-risk organization. I'm also an authorized OSHA outreach trainer. I NEVER hear pods talk about my field, especially the training aspect.

Great episode. A lot of the DEI stuff in my department is voluntary book clubs, pot luck meals, and bar hopping social events (that I am too old and have too many small children to attend). Seems like the best possible version! And it helps us recruit better more diverse candidates!
