Probably not your intention, but I love the idea of a ghost watching the TV show that was on when its person died. I totally would stick around if I died while the Jets were in the Super Bowl--even some terrible play is what killed me.

Giving up the incumbent advantage because a bunch of disingenuous and/or nihilistic journos have condemned Biden like he's an old building seems the dumbest thing imaginable. Biden wasn't my choice in the 2020 primaries, but he's the president now, and just being the president is a big advantage.

Let me add a NYC element: the likelihood that the show will sell out in five minutes, mostly to bots. Nerve-wracking to try to buy tix, depressing to lose, then infuriating that Ticketmaster is now selling the scalped tix at 5x the price. So why bother? The show is already ruined.

That first skeet is a great logline for the first graf of your query letter. I'd read on. The second complicates matters too much as a logline but could be expanded in your second graf, the summary. Note: part of my job is writing book proposals and query letters.
