Call me crazy, but I think the families would be okay with Infowars shutting down and Jones having to pay back his debts by picking up trash on the side of the road until he drops dead in the process. Even if it means they don't ever collect on the full amount.
Something tells me he will use it to make money without making money, like having money go to his dad, who will then support him, while he claims poverty to the court.
I feel like world history would have ended up a lot less bloody if, somewhere early on, a "death sentence" was created for corporations. Do enough harm, and your corporation is nationalized and dissolved, the assets going to workers and victims, and the leadership imprisoned.

I assume that this judge also sentences child porn creators and distributors to continue making child porn while abusing the same victims to pay restitution under the protection of the court?

He should have suffered complete ruin in my mind but I guess if they're going to let this happen there'll be at least some guaranteed regular payments to the plaintiffs.
Yeah, I'm not really feeling that ruling. I can't speak for those families. I'd want the part of the settlement from his nonsense pill salesmanship, but shutting down his stochastic terrorism would be the far bigger win.
