Betteridge's law of headlines is an adage that states: "Any headline that ends in a question mark can be answered by the word no."
Thank you Jessica. You are right that the suits that came up with that New Yorker headline are cowards. It should have been "Texas Republican's Law Kills Young Woman" & they should have WELCOMED a lawsuit for the publicity & light it would have shown on this horrid law & its effects.
