I swear to fucking God if democracy dies in 2025 it won't be because Biden had one bad debate. It'll be because he had one bad debate and everyone decided the world was ending and they had to light their hair on fire and run around naked in the streets.

It won't be because of one bad debate, no. It will be because of a cult of personality insisting that the nomination, once won, is a permanent birthright that can't be lost due to becoming unfit, so there's no need to even check whether the nominee is fit, it doesn't matter, he's our guy.

Kamala is polling higher than Joe against Trump. I love the guy, he’s been a great President but there’s no undoing that debate disaster & I believe if he stays in, Trump wins. I hope he’ll decline the nom & give her his full support. Time to pass the torch.

Fact: Democrats are generally smarter than Republicans at most things, but not everything. This is one of them. They are literally going to shoot themselves in both feet and put Trump in the WH because, after 4 years in Office, Biden is suddenly too incompetent to keep doing the job.

No, it will be because Biden confirmed the worst fears about his age/health in that "bad debate" to all reasonable people and then refused to do the obvious thing and step aside so that a more qualified Dem could take the fight to Trump.

He said polls were fake news, refused to consider stepping aside if top Dems asked him to and that only "God Almighty" would make him step aside, refused to take a cognitive test and publish the results, and that he wouldn't mind if Trump won as long as he tried his best. Biden is NOT the one my guy

He was +4 in 2020 and is now -6. Trump is twice as crazy as last time and 10 times as dangerous. Seems pretty rational to me.
