Half of the people in a country like Finland where people fly the second most in the world treat flying as a non-issue because they don't do it in a given year. The growth of this sector is so extremely top-heavy with the points programs and among the socio-economic elites that it has to be told.

One of the things that's interesting about this is that we've stigmatized "public housing" (and perhaps public goods more broadly) that the policymakers here feel a need to run away from calling it what it is. It's "social housing" now.
