NEW: A Nevada judge has dismissed the criminal indictment against 6 fake electors, saying the case was brought in the wrong jurisdiction. The Nevada AG says he’ll appeal to the state supreme court.

I'm assuming there was more information in the actual hearing, but I love that this makes it sound like the judge doesn't really care where it should be filed other than a vague "uuhhh... this just feels like it's too far south for this kind of case, doesn't it?"

And yet conservatives routinely shop for specific judges by filing cases in specific locations in the 5CA...multiple systems of justice - one for rich, one for poor; one for GOP, one for Dems.

It was filed in the wrong jurisdiction, as the prosecutor thought it had been filed in a jurisdiction government the Constitution, not by the whims of God-Emperor Trump. Rookie mistake.
