For all the "wise Latina" backlash, that she starts with this I think may show the difference between being raised Puerto Rican in the Bronx and being raised white in Bethesda. Some environments are a lot more likely to remind you that homeless people will have to sleep somewhere.

Not a lawyer, but this seems even worse legally than on the merits. That is, vagrancy laws are back, or at least there is absolutely nothing conceivable that would prohibit vagrancy ordinances but allow laws against falling asleep in public.
