My best friend lost his mom first and she was everything to him. Some time later he lost his bio-father who was awful. He was surprised by a delayed bereavement months later. BTW: one should always keep brandy but sometimes, the brandy should be congac and sometimes we count higher than 2 fingers.

Should have been Biden in 2016 with Hillary or Bernie as VP. We would now likely be coming to the end of the second Biden administration. The DNC dropped the ball there and opened the door for the Apprentice host to ruin our courts and divide our legislature further. Every "Biden is too old"= this.

For those who can just barely afford AC: you can maximize its effectiveness by cooling only 1 or 2 rooms. Think like a flipped arctic blast, close off unneeded space. BTW it is okay to do less in a weather emergency.

Who gets paid to do the admin things? If you said admin then . . . yeah it is a top-down transfer of labor, designed to increase ROI on Faculty positions and phase out administrative assistants. The commodification of the modern university also shifts our purpose from education to profit-making.

This is the opposite of what is being communicated. Yes the prices went up after the wages went up but the high prices were not caused by any wages hike. They were caused by the greed of corporations that refused to take less than "record profits".
