It is not, the Olympics are weird. It's the U/23 team, plus like 3-4 older players they get to add at random. Usually guys that are either done with the USMNT career or guys that never really had strong runs with the main squad.

The next World Cup is here, in the US. The players we have are good. Good enough to win, oh hell no, but they're pretty good! Anything short of a top 16 finish is a failure, and that's not that big of an ask. We just need SOMEONE that knows how to organize our best players.

Far be it for me to talk sports on here, but Berhalter needed to go. Not advancing in the weakest group in the Coppa America, especially one held in the US, was a fireable offense. My kingdom for the USSF just hiring a tactics guy, and not another "culture change" guy.

I might also think about adding some sort of kicker that they don't get pension and benefits if they retire from congress and immediately go into lobbying. Maybe put them under house arrest.

The book being all about Japanese cars in the 90s is wildly up my alley, like I'm all about that jdm life, so the book already has me hooked there. The dialogue and characters being so interesting is just a big old plus. Hate the way the artist draws mouths though. That's a big minus.

Last night I started reading the first Initial D omnibus and that my friends is a very interesting comic. The dialogue between the main characters is great, I honestly don't know if I should place kudos on the translation team or the original story.
