If you don't mind a bit of jank, you can fish the line starting "globalUserInfo" out of /gamelist, split out the JSON that follows and filter the list under "game_list" for those that have "has_tutorial" as true.

I'm a novice on a machine, but this looks easy enough. I would, however, *strongly* suggest you find someone first and ask them. They may have preferences for material and/or have bolts of stuff they can sell you without you having to buy it piecemeal.
