Make up reasons to be nice to people. Insist on giving them the benefit of the doubt. Accept them unapologetically. Support them with reckless abandon. Show them unnecessary respect and encourage their self-regard. See their best possible side, and reflect it to them. Watch your own heart flourish.

I guess We were thinking that it'd mean that many of these people won't get called to future projects or something. I don't remember lol We ain't no scab tho, to be clear. Just thinking about knock-on effects

Really seems like this will greatly harm underprivileged actors and do nothing to privileged. Like I get it but… don’t seem like a great way to go about this
