The first stage of being good at ANYTHING is sucking at it. Adults have a hard time with that. Kids don't. If I'm good at anything now, it's only because I started learning as a child. Back then, I didn't know or care whether I sucked at it. By the time I cared, I was safely through to "mediocre."🥉

took me so long to get to accept this as I get frustrated very easily, I still sometimes struggle with that but I have mostly accepted that the result will not be what I wanted and it's fine, each drawing is a new experience that will help me to progress^^

Too many people are like that guy. Some of them are problematic and headaches for artists to deal with. Like if you want to get good at any major skill, you’re probably gonna struggle a lot. Don’t even get me start on how hard it’s been to improve my drawing and writing skills.
