I’ve had back issues since falling out of a tree at 7, and then later on going over my handlebars onto my shoulder. But now all the kids glued to mobiles will enjoy all that.
They needed a scroll or clay tablet that would remind them every hour to get up & walk around for a few minutes. They also needed a wrist sundial that would count their steps, reminding them how lazy they were not walking enough. Motivation to do a lap up the side of the pyramid to get more steps.
