NEWS: The Fifth Circuit issued a writ of mandamus against Judge Mark Pittman—again—rejecting his transfer of the Chamber’s challenge to the CFPB credit card late fee rule and protecting the right to forum shop.

But then there’s Alabama.

You can choose your forum if you are a conservative plaintiff. If you try to choose your forum as a liberal plaintiff, you are subject to harassment, legal threat, and violation of due process. If you had any doubts about what's hypocritical and what isn't.

The other circuit court needs to wrest this case away from the 5th circuit. Let them fight. Show how brazenly corrupt the 5th circuit is.
