Would be interesting to see this done in multiple categories. Like does following Musk right off the bat give you more alt-right recommendations in general (esp. at the start) and then it feeds you "your interest + alt-right" eventually? Or is classical history uniquely positioned to end up here?

It seems weird to me that there's so many misogynists fixated on ancient Rome when the first names that pop into my head are Mary Beard and Bettany Hughes. (By the way, The Ancients podcast is pretty good and covers far more than Greco-Roman culture.)

The thing that kills me about these people is that they're so fucking stupid. They just post a picture and go "wow can't do that because of woke" but act like they just completed the trivium, quadrivium and defend their 'angels dancing on a pin' thesis in oxford.
