The other branches should assert that such "legalization" is, in fact, illegal. The left should support a kitchen-sink approach to fighting this Court: congressional investigations, DOJ corruption probes, rejection of judicial review (see: prospect.org/justice/the-...), Court packing—try everything.
I need a timeline to line up where Thomas was rewarded for decisions he had previously made, so not to confuse the gifts as payment for decisions still to be made.
