It's about who gets to do harm and who harm can be visited upon without consequence. That's what they are outlining when they demand "protection" for some and violence against others. They are outlining the world they want, including who should be victimized at will.

Well said. The right is literally conservative in that they want to preserve any structures & attitudes from a world where the in-group (white, male, Christian and their supplicants who earned protection through obedience and Clarence Thomas) was more universally accepted as right and powerful.

Yes! They’re controlling the language & narrative which is opposite of what’s actually happening on campuses w/ the protests..which gets traction & support & allows the Gov of TX & Congresspersons to threaten students w/violence. It’s sickening & maddening.
