Dammit. 🤬 I had just listened to the latest Strict Scrutiny podcast & at that time they had just mentioned that previous cases couldn't be re-litigated/that the Loper decision wasn't retroactive & I had said, "whew, good!" smdh.

I think the Loper decision that overruled Chevron deference supports the Schedule F changes in admin agency positions in Project 2025...where they fire ppl who have expertise in their field of study, & replace them w/ppl who are loyal to Drumpf & will carry out his policies.

The idea of ditching an incumbent president w an astoundingly impressive track record in the midst of a booming economy is preposterous. Focus on the authoritarian felon threatening our democracy. I was thinking the same thing. It's my understanding w/the Chevron decision that the Court delegitimized higher education, advanced degrees & years of expertise. Because, you know the courts & Congress know more than any experts in their respective fields of study.

CVS does the same infuriating thing. When I went to buy allergy eye drops I was able to wedge my hand behind the little plastic shield & grab the eye drops...then an alarm went off as I walked away. 😐 Also, I love that the frozen cases are locked & one has to shamefully wait 2 get ice cream.
