Garland is largely responsible for the annihilation of the American legal system and I'm not charitable enough to chalk it up to incompetence or naivety.

Drone strikes and Seal Teams are fun to talk about, but if Biden isn't giving some pretty explicit directions to DoJ today since the Court's opinion affirms that is an official POTUS action, then I don't know what we're even doing here.
