I bottled the kombucha, It’s a little sour than my taste. I will drink it about 10 days later. my first kombucha has been 9 days in the fridge, They become mild and have good taste. I think the lactic acid bacillus do their work well.

Today, I got a kombucha that was fermented with coffee. it served with a non waxed lemon slice. this is special of summer in the cafe. The sweets below are coffee yokan(Japanese sweet beans jerry). That tastes good too!
