Many communities have a Mobile Crisis Unit who will come to you at no charge. The will assess and get you to urgent care. You can go through any Emergency Room and they will admit directly from ER to psychiatric unit( if they have one in house.) Ask a neighbor or friend to transport?

Content: the essential distinction in hypomania vs full mania is not clear. Hypomania is not psychotic. Also the tangential speech & pressured rate of both hypomanic and manic ( often a first sign) not evident. Insomnia as Sx (symptom). Hypersexuality vs the decreased libido of the depressive mood.
