Oh that sounds delicious! The local Aldi's are too far from us to go frequently so I rarely go. Whole Foods, too. Have you called/written to voice a complaint? Our grocery stopped selling the one bread my son would eat and I end up having to drive to a farther HEB to get it. but I can freeze those

What yogurt does he eat? My son is not autistic but has had food issues since we started integrating that so I feel you on needing specific brands etc. Biggest worry about my upcoming trip is what my kid is going to eat.

I was Nader 2000 in Texas. I would do it again if it was the same scenario but when I lived in Florida I sure as hell did not protest vote for anyone. I also don't protest vote in Tx any longer because of changing demographics.

The thing that drives me nuts about these two is they have been mostly silent about Biden and his age the last four years. Suddenly it is important? It’s not difficult if you lower expectations! We went backpacking with ours at a young age. You carry a lot of extra stuff but it’s doable. I mean there are meltdowns, ofc, they are kids, but worth it in the long run.

Y'all. The kiddo has reached the bottomless pit phase of the tween/teen years and I suspect our grocery bill is about to go up significantly. He apparently grew a quarter inch in a month, too. My mom measured on his first visit in late May and just this last week.

Beryl will make a direct hit on the Windward Islands today, near Grenada or the Grenadines with impacts beyond there. Uncertainty remains high on Beryl beyond the Caribbean, but modeling has made a fairly southward shift since yesterday, keeping most impacts near Mexico.

Later, I discovered my employer was dumping toxic waste into our windows from their Skunkworks semiconductor fab next-door. I tipped off US EPA, who then raided them in 2023.
