Bit weird tbh if one of your major "joys" in life is driving so fast you're demonstrably at risk of killing a child, a neighbour, or a pet in your neighbourhood (or colliding head-on with another vehicle full of people in a rural area a long way from first responders). Libertarians are peculiar.

I had a good laugh. Seymour, the one who is now telling parents when to send sick kids to school, is talking about nany state? Did he look in the mirror? (And didn't get the fright of his life?) Evidence based? This govt is blocking its eyes & ears whenever an evidence they don't like is presented.
