I cancelled my renewal to the Athletic, and told them why. It's funny because they might have been able to coast if they didn't work so hard to rebrand it as a NYT service recently.

It was tough for me I fought over the decision to cancel my subscription. But when the editor in chief comes out saying defending democracy is partisan. That made it super easy to cancel. Haven't regretted it yet.
