My next release is going to be Bandcamp only. I barely sell anything, never get played on the radio. I've only just realised that this also means I can infringe upon copyright to my heart's content as long as I don't put it on the big platforms.

I once had a copyright-infringement notice on one of my YouTube videos because it had music by... me. Fair enough though, my music gets on to YT via a 3rd party who don't know that Darren Riley the drawing video man is the same person as Ballard the musician.

If England get to the final I'm going to be really embarrassed if they then win it. Delighted, yes, but still embarrassed. Spain are clearly the best team in the tournament.

If you search YouTube for 'New York 1981' you get a few videos showing the state of the Bronx around then. Amazing that people were actually living there.
