One of the main things that told me back from my artistic goals is that I'm too scared of making bad/cringe art. I said a simple goal for today: make as much cringe art as I can. Not to share it or show it off, just to prove that I won't die. Sadly I just sat around and felt weird instead. 😞

Here's my cringe art: I play with a pro-level jazz big band where I'm preeeetty sure I'm the poorest musician (with the possible exception of the guy whose band it is and who signs the checks), but I SHOW UP (which is why they keep calling me) and play to my best ability and I have a fantastic time.
