From film to books to paintings, I especially enjoy art that walks the line between lovely and unsettling. Soothing and strange. Cozy and creepy. There’s something so compelling and satisfying about the juxtaposition. These sculpture-and-live-beehive pieces by Pierre Huyghe are an example. 🐝
