5. Chili Garlic Sauce - Sriracha is good on ramen if you’re in a hurry. If you’re doing it right with some American cheese, jalapeños, green onion, toasted sesame seeds, fried spam, and a poached egg, you have to use this garlic chili sauce.

3. Tapatío - You can use Cholula or Valentina to the same effect, but I think Tapatío has a bit more heat. This goes well on anything - tacos, pizza (especially pizza rolls), eggs and breakfast sandwiches, soups, etc.
