It's actually Fisher which makes Loper so bad. There, Congress drafter a very clear law, and SCOTUS just said "nah that's not what it means." So literally it's "heads I win tales you lose" and court can just freely make stuff up.

Loper is the worst in the immediate, but #3 makes me think the courts will go along with a coup, which I find more worrying at the tail end.
